• Include your video in the community Halloween compilation video
• Distribute and publicly display the compilation video on any platform
• Create derivative works from your submission for promotional purposes

You retain ownership of your original video content, but you acknowledge that once submitted, your video may be publicly displayed as part of the community showcase.

3. Content Guidelines

All submitted videos must:

• Be filmed at nighttime to capture the Halloween atmosphere
• Be 15 seconds or less in duration
• Be 1GB or smaller in file size
• Be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
• Contain no vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Not contain any illegal content or activities

4. Representations & Warranties

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the submitted video or have obtained all necessary permissions
• You have obtained consent from any individuals appearing in your video
• Your submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• All information provided in your submission form is accurate and truthful

5. Privacy & Contact Information

Your email or phone number will be kept private and used only to:

• Notify you of your submission status (approval or rejection)
• Contact you regarding your submission if necessary
• Send you information about the final community video

Your contact information will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Public Display

You acknowledge and agree that approved videos will be:

• Made publicly available on HalloweenCasa.com
• Included in the community Halloween compilation video
• Potentially shared on social media and other platforms
• Displayed with your provided Halloween Theme Name, Submission Type, and Description

7. Content Moderation

HalloweenCasa.com reserves the right to:

• Review all submissions before approval
• Reject any submission that violates these terms or our content guidelines
• Remove any approved content at any time for any reason
• Edit or modify submitted videos for length, quality, or content appropriateness

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

10. Donations

Donations to HalloweenCasa.com via Cash App ($Caraveo) are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not guarantee approval of submissions or any special treatment. All donations help support the hosting, maintenance, and production of the community Halloween video.

11. Changes to Terms

HalloweenCasa.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
